Wyndham builds at lock-up regularly show sarking missing under tiles, slabs outside level tolerance and shower recesses that will stop plaster finishing flush. All are cheaper to sort before the plasterer.

The set-down for a shower must line up with the frame so plaster sits flush. Over 10mm out and it needs trimming.
We note whether wall and ceiling insulation is installed before plaster. The energy rating sets what type is required.
Yes, sarking, flashings and visible fixings from the roof space and the ground, or by drone where safe.
